Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a course on NextKadam, or booking a Fireside session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

• Course access is granted to the individual whose email address was used at purchase.
• Access is non-transferable and may not be shared with any other person.
• The intro video and one lesson of each course are free to everyone; the rest of the course unlocks once it is purchased.
• Embiggen Consulting LLP reserves the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.

Fireside is a paid one-on-one session with PGS, booked and paid for separately from any course. It is not tied to any course you own. Once booked, you will receive a link to schedule the session at a time that works for you. Rescheduling and cancellation are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

All course content on NextKadam — including text, videos, quizzes, interactive exercises, downloadable handouts, and certificates — is the intellectual property of Embiggen Consulting LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content without prior written permission.

A certificate is issued once you have submitted the capstone of a course you own. The capstone counts when it has at least 30 words of text, or a file, or a link. The result of the AI review does not affect the certificate. There is one certificate per course. It carries the name you confirm with us, which cannot be changed after it is issued. Embiggen Consulting LLP maintains a record of all issued certificates.

• A coupon code is valid only for the courses, Fireside sessions or tools it names, and for the time period it names.
• Expired coupon codes cannot be reactivated or extended.
• Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers. Only one coupon can be used on an order.
• A coupon can have a limit on how many times it can be used, in total and by one person.
• If a coupon brings the total to zero, the purchase completes without payment, and no tax invoice is issued.
• Each AI tool gives each person one free session. A free session cannot be transferred.
• Embiggen Consulting LLP may cancel a coupon use or a free session, and the access that came with it, if it was gained by misuse, for example by one person using many accounts or email addresses.
• Embiggen Consulting LLP reserves the right to withdraw or modify any coupon at any time.

Embiggen Consulting LLP reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time. Learners with purchased access will continue to have access to the course but may see updated content during their access period.

Embiggen Consulting LLP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this platform, its course content, or a Fireside session. The courses and sessions are educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice specific to your situation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Embiggen Consulting LLP may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be published at nextkadam.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
